Well… if you can’t get Radiohead back to Outside Lands for a THIRD time you might as well get everybody else. Outside Lands just announced the lineup for their 12th-annual fest in Golden Gate Park and it’s booked three solid bands I would call headliners – Paul Simon, Childish Gambino and Twenty One Pilots.
