Well... if you can't get Radiohead back to Outside Lands you might as well get everybody else. Outside Lands just announced the lineup for their fifth-annual fest in Golden Gate Park and it's packed with talent including at least seven bands I would call headliners - Metallica, Stevie Wonder, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, Jack White, Foo Fighters, Beck, Skrillex. You could maybe throw Sigur Ros and Justice in there too. The festival takes place August 10-12 and Tickets go on sale April 19th at noon at www.sfoutsidelands.com The impressive list of artists goes on long past the BIG names too, including The Kills, Andrew Bird, Big Boi, Passion Pit, Santigold, Explosions in the Sky, and a ton more. Bloc Party will be back and I think/hope the Grandaddy set is the full band and not a solo Jason Lytle incarnation. Other bands I'm excited about are Two Gallants, Dr. Dog, Sharon Van Etten, Wallpaper, Thee Oh Sees, White Denim, Alabama Shakes, and Jovanotti.
