On our way to Pitchfork we stopped in Louisville, Kentucky, wanting to have a place to watch the World Cup Finals, celebrate Ice Cream Man’s Birthday (don’t tell anyone, it really wasn’t Ice Cream Man’s birthday, shhhh), give away free Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and of course get some killer performances from bands – so we decide to have a BBQ at the wonderful Derby City Espresso! Morning Teleportation came down as did Louisvillian native Dawn Landes. It was a great weekend. Except for the part where there was a fire in our hotel! See more at Babelgum.com/icecreamman
